important reminders

purchasing/buying:

1. minimum purchase for a free shipment (for home delivery) is php200 for a simple cd (refer to delivery option 2) and php350 for a cd package (refer to delivery option 1). otherwise, an additional of php100 is added as shipment fee.

2. for file transfer option, a minimum of php100 is required so you can pay through g-cash or western union. load transfer is also possible but is subject to seller's approval.

file transfer reminder:

1. to ensure safety transaction for both buyer and seller, here are some things to remember:

g-cash payment

a. save your confirmation text as this will be the proof that you paid for your purchase.

western union

a. send the money and western union will give you a control number but don’t inform me yet.

b. tell me the sender’s name so I could verify if you sent the money.

c. as soon as we have verified this, I’ll start sending you the file.

d. when the file transfer is done, give me the control number so I can get the money.

2. you should have at least wi-fi connection so it’s a little faster than dial-up.

3. we can re-send files if there was a connection drop-out or something, but it is limited for 3 days.

for simple cd/dvd

1. no money back guarantee, just replacement of cd/dvd.

2. replacement is limited to 3 days after purchase.

for a cd/dvd package

1. money back guarantee within 1-2 days after purchase (excluding shipment fee if applied). A fee of 25% shall be deducted from the total purchase.

2. replacement is limited to 5 days after purchase.
